Solutions for Defense & Security

SENER engineering activity in Poland was initiated in 2006, however it is in 2010 when the company determined to conduct its activities in Space, Aeronautics and Defense, fi elds where SENER is now mainly focused from the moment Poland access to the European Space Agency in 2012 and Polish Armed Forces modernization program in 2014.

SENER technological capabilities in Space and Defence

In Space, SENER provides engineering and manufacturing services in three areas of activity: mechanisms, optical payloads, and guidance, navigation and control (GNC) systems. In Defense, SENER develops control and actuation systems; guidance, navigation and control (GNC) systems; and optical systems / ISR-related technology. The company has the capability for series production and maintenance of the product throughout its life cycle. Life extension program for the AB212 helicopters

The program for the modernization of seven Agusta Bell helicopters of the Spanish Navy in service since 1974, will extend their operational life in at least 15 years, incorporating advances in equipment and avionics. New mission systems such as radar, night vision system, and self-protection means, among others, have been also included to allow them to assume new roles and eff ectively operate in national and international scenarios more and more demanding.[+]
